Bets suspended on Hiddleston becoming next James Bond

A British bookmaker has suspended wagering on who will be the following James Bond after a vast wager was put on-screen character Tom Hiddleston. A whirlwind of wagers as of late had tipped the "Thor" performing artist to supplant Daniel Craig as the following 007, making him the 2-1 top choice. After a major bet, his chances plunged to 1-2, and site Coral suspended wagering, the BBC reported.

Prior this week, the British performing artist was supposedly spotted meeting with Bond motion picture executive Sam Mendes. Nicola McGeady, a representative for Coral, said: "There is no smoke without flame, and taking after the huge bet on Tom Hiddleston in the most recent 24 hours, we've had no real option except to pull the attachment available."

"Prior in the year there was a bet on Idris Elba and Damian Lewis, yet nothing has approached the late bet on Hiddleston," McGeady included. Elba was evaluated at 9-1 and Lewis at 14-1 preceding wagering was suspended.

"Poldark" star Aidan Turner had 3-1 chances and 'Frantic Max: Fury Road' performing artist Tom Hardy was at 4-1. Prior, Craig had dropped clues of saying farewell to James Bond preceding the arrival of the establishment's 24th portion "Apparition" a year ago.
