Emilia Clarke nominates herself as a Jane Bond contender (and DiCaprio as a 'Bond boy')

Actor Emilia Clarke has raised her hand to become the next Jane Bond.
Session of Thrones star says playing a sexual orientation swapped form of the 007 specialist is an 'unrealised dream' and says DiCaprio would be her 'definitive driving man'

Session of Thrones star Emilia Clarke has tossed her name into the ring to play a female rendition of 007.

In a meeting with the UK's Daily Star, Clarke said, "I have a considerable measure of unrealised dreams. I would love to play Jane Bond. My definitive driving man would be Leonardo DiCaprio. Most likely about it."

It's Bond, Jane Bond: Gillian Anderson tosses cap into the ring to be next 007

Clarke made the remarks while advancing her dramatization Me Before You, the 29-year-old's first real driving sentimental part.

The self-assignment goes ahead the heels of The X-Files star Gillian Anderson retweeting a fan made publication giving her a role as the following 007 operator alongside the words: "It's Bond, Jane Bond."

Not everybody is keen on a sexual orientation swapped adaptation of Bond. The Guardian's film supervisor, Catherine Shoard, said in a publication that the crusade to make Bond female "sits strangely" with a dream of a world in which ladies pioneers impact progress by embracing a methodology not already connected. "Shouldn't we be concocting new courageous women, as opposed to simply staying old ones in a gown?"

In any case, among fans theory over who will catch the pined for part from the present Bond performer, Daniel Craig, stays overflowing. Now it is elusive a British performing artist of a specific vintage who hasn't been said, with Tom Hiddleston, Aidan Turner, Idris Elba, Damian Lewis and Billy Elliot star Jamie Bell all having their names hurled around by both fans and film industry intellectuals.

The establishment's active chief, Sam Mendes, as of late told crowds at the UK's Hay celebration that the choice lay in the hands of maker Barbara Broccoli and that the last decision "won't be what you anticipate".

"There's this consistent verbal confrontation about who will be the following Bond," he said. "The fact of the matter is – and here's the feature – it's not a majority rule government. It's not the X Factor, it's not the EU submission, it's not an open vote."

Bookmakers as of late suspended wagering on Hiddleston getting the gig after reports he was seen meeting with Mendes and Broccoli in London.

The most sudden individual to play Bond might be Craig himself who – while not precisely sounding enthusiastic about it (at one point he said he would rather cut his wrists) – has not really discounted coming back to the part.
